Customers are entitled to a refund or return only under the following conditions:
The product must be returned in its unused and original condition as purchased.
The product must be intact, unopened, and with no missing parts. Products that have been opened, mounted on a rim, driven, unpacked, or otherwise used are not eligible for a refund.
If the product is eligible for a refund but has not been returned within 24 hours, the tyres purchased will be considered SOLD, and the customer will no longer be entitled to a refund or credit.
Order Cancellation
If the customer cancels an order before it leaves the warehouse, no deductions will be applied, and a full refund will be provided.
If the order has already been shipped and the customer cancels it, the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the product.
Return Costs
UAEtyres.com reserves the right to charge the customer for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the return of goods.
The cost of returning the goods depends on the size and make of the product and may vary accordingly.
Exemptions
UAEtyres.com will not levy overstocking or administrative charges on the customer. For clarification on any costs incurred during the return process, customers are encouraged to contact our service center.
